D Type Rubber Fender

D Type Rubber Fenders are used for tugs, barges, work boats, and pilot boats as
side belting and protective fenders against heavy rubbing, brushing and pushing forces. It can be pre-curved, chamfered and drilled to aid installation at a relatively low cost and can also be cut to the length required.

Characteristics

  • Higher volumes of energy absorption and reaction force than those of cylindrical fender
  • Compact size and expedient installation
  • The side for attachment is flat so that it can be secured more firmly than cylindrical fender.
  • Provide an excellent barrier against damage from all sizes and shapes of vessels
