Marine Rubber Insulation

Description:

  • Since its internal is composed by a lot of free closed air bubbles, it has low density and the rubber material has low heat coefficient so it is excellent in insulation.
  • One layer of film formed in the surface, making it separated with the air completely, so the moisture can not go through and no need to equip the moisture-insulation layer, and the dew fall will not occur in the outer wall.
  • Soft in touching, good flexibility, high strength, smooth in surface, easy installation.
  • The products contain several chemical ingredient for anti-aging, so it excellent in preventing aging. It also has the capabilities to extreme environment such as good cold resistance, hot resistance, anti-drying, anti-moisture etc with the long service life to at least 20 years and without maintenance.
  • Difficult in burning, self crush out in fire, match the requirements in fire fighting, which is safe and reliable.
  • Wide application temperature range, excellent in low temperature resistance. It will not become hard or crisp under -50℃.
  • It doesn’t contain chlorine, which will result in skin hypersensitiveness.
  • It has very strong character in bending and extending, so it can bear the tearing and strongly conveying, and will not be damaged under violence.
  • Wide application field due to good effect of sound absorption and shock absorption.

Specifications:

NBR/PVC to be in black when be used as insulation material. It can also be produced in color according to customer’s requirements. The specification will be mainly in plate or pipe.
