Hot Well Unit
Description:
- Hot well unit is installed for boiler’s (fuel – oil & waste gas) steam condensation system of various kinds of ships with the capacity between 900 to 2500kg/h.
Structure:
- With frames and common bases, this module combines the following components together Hot well, Boiler feed pump and the pipes and accessories which link these components.
- The module has features of compact structure, bringing convenience to operate, etc. It has independent functions, and it’s subjected to sealing and working test in production. After installation, you can operate it if only to link the interface and the corresponding parts of steam condense system. All the outer interfaces can be fitted in with the arrangement of the cabin, and certainly be convenient to link.
Working principle:
- The Boiler feed water unit is one part of steam condense closed-circulation system. Condensed water is filtered to remove oil and filth in the Hot Well, and then pumped out for repeated use. With this process, energy resources are also got saved.
