Mining High Strength Round Link Chain

Introduction: 

We are professional supplier of High-tensile steel chains(round link) for mining use, which adopts high quality raw materials. Manufacturing process includes cutting, bending, shot blasting, flash butts welding, first rectification, heat treatment, final rectification, length check, property spot check, surface corrosion disposition and storing etc. Chains are manufactured with mechanical properties of high strength, high toughness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance to ensure performance.

Standard:

High strength chain to meet the requirements of GB/T12718-2009 and DIN22252:2001 Standard, which are used for conveyor and traction system.

  1. Application: Scraper conveyor, Scraper loader
  2. Material: High glade alloy steel
  3. Quality Grade: G100 (Grade D), G80 (Grade C), G63 (Grade B), Pre-tension load shall exceed 90% of proof load
  4. In B: 50~250N/mm2, C: 50~250N/mm2, D: 50~250N/mm2 Fatigue under load, fatigue number not less than 30000 cycles
